The full back lift is adjustable in 10 positions up to 80 degrees for pre-natal massage or spa treatments. This massage table package includes a standard accessory kit with a forward arm rest shelf, an adjustable and removable face cradle, face cradle pad, and side arm extenders . This massage table was very inexpensive so I expected a cheap table for the price, but was very suprized when it arrived. The table is solid wood construction with a heavy duty case and all the extras needed to get started.I recommend this to everyone getting started in massage theropy or Tattooing which is why I bought the table. The table was used for out-call service...GOOD: For the money, this table is great as it was lighter and smaller than old one I had. The table supports the weights that I subject it to and is pretty sturdy when you make sure it is level and setup. So the table itself is not too bad (why it has 3 stars) NOT SO GOOD: The plastic that the headrest consists of is pretty shoddy in my opinion. The wood that the armrests use to hold themselves in with are not much more than dow rods and maybe 3/8" or so in diameter. The armrest that hangs down under the headrest, I don't use. The headrest pad itself is okay in quality, although I end up using my old Oakworks one instead as it is much softer and sticks to the velcro.
